  • 3/4 c
    prepared mustard
  • 1 c
    currant jelly
  • 8-10
    all beef frankfurters (hot dogs)

How to Make Frankfurter Appetizer


  1. Mix mustard and jelly in a saucepan. Heat slowly.
  2. Diagonally slice frankfurters into 5 pieces (per frankfurter).
  3. Add to sauce and heat.
  4. These are attractive served in a chafing dish or fondue pot.
