40 eggrolls


  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    coleslaw mix, 13 ounces
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground ginger
  • ·
    onion powder to taste
  • 2 pkg
    16 ounces each, refrigerated egg roll wrappers
  • 1 Tbsp
    all purpose flour
  • ·
    vegetable oil for frying

How to Make Easy Eggrolls


  1. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients and mix well. Place a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of one eggroll wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling. Fold the sides toward center over the filling.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the flour and enough water to make a paste. Moisten top corner with paste: roll up tightly to seal. Repeat.
  3. In a electric skillet, heat 1" of oil to 375. Fry eggrolls for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
