I started making these for my mother and she asks for them all the time now

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 package coleslaw mix, 13 ounces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • - onion powder to taste
  • 2 packages 16 ounces each, refrigerated egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
  • - vegetable oil for frying

How To Make easy eggrolls

  • Step 1
    In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients and mix well. Place a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of one eggroll wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling. Fold the sides toward center over the filling.
  • Step 2
    In a small bowl, combine the flour and enough water to make a paste. Moisten top corner with paste: roll up tightly to seal. Repeat.
  • Step 3
    In a electric skillet, heat 1" of oil to 375. Fry eggrolls for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
