Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 package coleslaw mix, 13 ounces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- - onion powder to taste
- 2 packages 16 ounces each, refrigerated egg roll wrappers
- 1 tablespoon all purpose flour
- - vegetable oil for frying
How To Make easy eggrolls

Step 1In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients and mix well. Place a heaping tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of one eggroll wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling. Fold the sides toward center over the filling.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine the flour and enough water to make a paste. Moisten top corner with paste: roll up tightly to seal. Repeat.

Step 3In a electric skillet, heat 1" of oil to 375. Fry eggrolls for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
