If you want quick, easy, and sure to please, give this recipe a try. Use either store-bought marinara or make your own sauce. These didn't last a minute in our house. Italian sausage can also be used to make the meatballs. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • - salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • - seasoned salt, to taste
  • 16 - mozzarella cheese cubes (1-inch cubes)
  • 1 can Grands biscuits (16 oz)
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • - grated Parmesan cheese
  • - marinara sauce, for serving

How To Make double stuffed meatball bubbles

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix ground beef, salt, pepper, and seasoned salt together. Form 16 meatballs.
  • Step 2
    Place one cheese cube in the center of each meatball.
  • Step 3
    Divide each biscuit in half. Flatten each half into a 3-inch circle.
  • Step 4
    Place a meatball in the center of each flattened biscuit. Wrap biscuit dough around each stuffed meatball and seal.
  • Step 5
    Melt butter; add garlic powder.
  • Step 6
    Roll each stuffed biscuit in melted garlic butter.
  • Step 7
    Place on a baking sheet seam side down.
  • Step 8
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Step 9
    Bake for 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
  • Step 10
    Serve with marinara sauce.
