How to Make Dirty Little Piggies
- In a large skillet over medium heat, fry bacon until completely crisp; drain on paper towels.
- Melt chocolate in shallow microwave safe bowl, stirring every 15 to 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip all but the last inch of each bacon strip in melted chocolate. Let excess chocolate drip off and lay on waxed paper to cool and harden. Refrigerate if necessary.
