How to Make Deer Pinwheels
- slice tenderloin 4 inch long and 1 inch wide strips (to make a pinwheel).
- Spread cream cheese on strips and roll in to pinwheels.
- Wrap each pinwheel in 1 strip of bacon, tightly.
- Roll wrapped pinwheels in cajun seasoning.
- Place on a cookie sheet in preheated oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
- After baking, drain off oil and broil pinwheels on low, browning bacon on both sides.
