Ingredients
- 1 - deer tenderloin
- 8 ounces cream cheese, low-fat
- 4 tablespoons cajun seasoning
- 1 package bacon, uncooked
How To Make deer pinwheels

Step 1slice tenderloin 4 inch long and 1 inch wide strips (to make a pinwheel).

Step 2Spread cream cheese on strips and roll in to pinwheels.

Step 3Wrap each pinwheel in 1 strip of bacon, tightly.

Step 4Roll wrapped pinwheels in cajun seasoning.

Step 5Place on a cookie sheet in preheated oven for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Step 6After baking, drain off oil and broil pinwheels on low, browning bacon on both sides.
