The hot dog rolled and toasted was a lunch item at a factory in Milwaukee that I would buy every time they had it on the menu. I always bought 2 because 1 was never enough for me. You could also make a smaller version for an appetizer

1 slice white bread soft
1-2 - toothpicks for roll up
- ketchup for dipping

How To Make crunchy wiener roll-up

Step 1

heat up wiener in microwave

Step 2

roll up wiener inside bread it works best if laying hot dog crosswise
Step 3

secure with toothpick inserting in wiener and bread
Step 4

Place under broiler until bread is browned on both sides
Step 5

dip in ketchup and enjoy
