I made this 1 year for "Super Bowl" I don't care much for football but my brothers do.They were all home on leave that year & I went all out for them.There was enough food for the pre-game, the game game & dinner that night...

Ingredients
- 2 - eggs, beaten
- 1 cup corn flake crumbs
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes, dried
- 2 tablespoons onion flakes, dehydrated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 pounds ground beef
- - cranberry sauce:
- 1 can cranberry sauce,jellied
- 1 cup ketup
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
How To Make cranberry meatballs...

Step 1Heat oven 350F.In a lager bowl combine the first 8 ingredients.Then add beef & mix well.Shape into 1 inch ball size.Place into a 15x10x1 inch baking pan.

Step 2Bake for 20 to 25 mins or until done.Remove from the oven.Drain on paper towels.

Step 3In a lager saucepan combine the sauce ingredients.Cook over medium heat,stirring frequently until cranberry sauce has melted down.

Step 4Then add in the meatballs to sauce & heat throughly.
