I made this 1 year for "Super Bowl" I don't care much for football but my brothers do.They were all home on leave that year & I went all out for them.There was enough food for the pre-game, the game game & dinner that night...

Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup corn flake crumbs
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes, dried
  • 2 tablespoons onion flakes, dehydrated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • - cranberry sauce:
  • 1 can cranberry sauce,jellied
  • 1 cup ketup
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

How To Make cranberry meatballs...

  • Step 1
    Heat oven 350F.In a lager bowl combine the first 8 ingredients.Then add beef & mix well.Shape into 1 inch ball size.Place into a 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
  • Step 2
    Bake for 20 to 25 mins or until done.Remove from the oven.Drain on paper towels.
  • Step 3
    In a lager saucepan combine the sauce ingredients.Cook over medium heat,stirring frequently until cranberry sauce has melted down.
  • Step 4
    Then add in the meatballs to sauce & heat throughly.
