Ingredients

- 1 - egg
- 1 1/4 cups white bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard

- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 - 6 oz container ofpasturized crabmeat lumped cartliged removed
- 1/4 cup unseasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons veg oil
How To Make crab cakes

Step 1Inmed bowl, mix salad dressing an egg with wire wisk.Gently stir in remaining ingredients except dry bread and oil so that crabmeat doesnt break apart into small piece. shape mixture into 6 patties, about 3 in in diameter mixture will be moist. coat each patti with the dry bread crumbs

Step 2IN 12-inch non-stick skillet, heat oil over med heat. place patties in skillet fry about 10 min on each side turning over an over cook each pati 4 about 10 min. serve hot
