How to Make Cornmeal and Brown Sugar Crusted Bacon
- 1Preheat oven to 400°. Combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dredge bacon in cornmeal mixture ,shaking off excess.
- 2Place slices of bacon in a single layer on a lightly greased pan
- 3Back at 400° for 40 to 45 minutes or until browned and crisp .Let stand for 5 minutes and enjoy
