Ingredients
- 1 can corned beef
- 1 box lemon jello
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons horseradish (jar kind)
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 4 tablespoons white vinigar
- 1 cup hot water
How To Make corned beef mold

Step 1Break up the corned beef in bowl and add the chopped onions and bell peppers. Add the vinegar and horseradish stir well. Mix the jello with one cup of hot water till dissolved. Add this to the beef,pepper,onion bowl. Add the mayonnaise stir well. I put this in a mold but can be made in just a bowl. Let chill at least an hour. Enjoy with crackers.
