Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 cup swiss cheese (shredded)
- 3/4 cup cooked ham (diced)
- 1/4 cup chives (minced)
- 18 slices french bread (cut 1/2 in. thick)
How To Make cordon bleu appetizer

Step 1In small bowl, beat cream cheese and mustard until smooth. Stir in swiss cheese, ham, and chives.

Step 2Spread 1 tablespoon of mixture over each bread slice. Place slices on an ungreased baking sheet.

Step 3Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned and bread is crusty.
