Ingredients

  • MEATBALLS
  • 1 pound ground chuck
  • 1 - egg
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons onion, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • SAUCE
  • 12 ounces chili sauce
  • 8 ounces grape jam

How To Make cocktail meatballs

  • Step 1
    Combine all meatball ingredients.
  • Step 2
    Shape into small meatballs.
  • Step 3
    Combine chili sauce and grape jam in pot on stove.
  • Step 4
    Bring to boil; stir.
  • Step 5
    Drop in meatballs and cook 7 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Serve in chafing dish or small crock-pot.
