cilantro meatball tacos
The tacos are great for a party. The meat balls are delicious on their on, but add them to a tortilla and top with tomato,onion and radishes with the sauce makes your taste buds dance.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 shallots
- 1/3 cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 1 jalapeno peppers(seeded)
- 1 tablespoon lafina chili & lime seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- large egg
- 1 medium tomato diced
- 1/2 cup diced radishes
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- CILANTRO LIME SAUCE
- two 5.3 ounces greek yogurt
- 1 shallots, diced
- 1 tablespoon fresh chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon lafina chili & lime seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 1 package mini mission street taco white corn tortillas
How To Make cilantro meatball tacos

Step 1In a food processor add your beef.

Step 2Cut one shallot in half and add to the food processor.

Step 3Add 1/3 cup of fresh cilantro.

Step 4Cut the jalapeno pepper in half. Take out the seeds, Add the pepper to the food processor.

Step 5Roll meat into 24 balls. Cook in a skillet over medium-low heat until no longer pink.

Step 6In a medium bowl add the yogurt. Add one tablespoon cilantro. Add the diced shallot.

Step 7Add the lime juice and the salt and pepper. Add the teaspoon LaFina Chili & Lime Seasoning.

Step 8Mix to combine. Chill 20 minutes.

Step 9Cut the tomato up and add to a small bowl, Add 1/2 cup diced red onion. Stir together and set aside.

Step 10Add the diced radishes to a small bowl, set aside

Step 11Warm your tortillas.

Step 12On a tortilla add three meatballs. Top with some sauce, Add some tomato and red onion. Top it off with some radish.
