Chorizo Stuffed Mushrooms

Spicy and super yummy!!!


  •   1 pkg
    chorizo (mexican sausage, mild or medium
  •   1/4 c
    bread crumbs, seasoned
  •   1 Tbsp
    garlic poweder
  •   pinch
    italian parsley (chopped)
  •   2 pkg
    mushrooms (stems removed)
  •   1/4 c
    extre virgin olive oil
    salt and pepper

How To Make

    Cook chorizo on medium heat. When it starts to break down, add breadcrumbs and garlic powder. After cooking for about 7-8 mins add your parsley and cook for another 2-3. Remove from heat

    Now, Take your mushrooms in a medium size bowl, cover them in Extra Virgin olive oil and salt and pepper. Mix them good to make sure all mushrooms are coated.

    Now stuff your mushrooms with your chorizo and place on a baking sheet. (It would be helpful to place aluminum foil down to help with the clean up from the chorizo grease) pop them in the oven at 375 for about 12-15 mins, sprinkle them with a great mexican cheese or parmesean!! Enjoy!
