Ingredients
- 1 package chorizo (mexican sausage, mild or medium
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
- 1 tablespoon garlic poweder
- pinch italian parsley (chopped)
- 2 packages mushrooms (stems removed)
- 1/4 cup extre virgin olive oil
- - salt and pepper
How To Make chorizo stuffed mushrooms

Step 1Cook chorizo on medium heat. When it starts to break down, add breadcrumbs and garlic powder. After cooking for about 7-8 mins add your parsley and cook for another 2-3. Remove from heat

Step 2Now, Take your mushrooms in a medium size bowl, cover them in Extra Virgin olive oil and salt and pepper. Mix them good to make sure all mushrooms are coated.

Step 3Now stuff your mushrooms with your chorizo and place on a baking sheet. (It would be helpful to place aluminum foil down to help with the clean up from the chorizo grease) pop them in the oven at 375 for about 12-15 mins, sprinkle them with a great mexican cheese or parmesean!! Enjoy!
