Ingredients
- 1 package cariqua chorizo
- 1 medium jalapeno pepper
- 1 small green bell pepper
- 1/3 cup onion
- 5 slices precooked bacon
- 15 slices pepperoni's
- 1 jar green pesto sauce with basil
- salt/pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
How To Make chorizo stromboli

Step 1Add oil to a skillet. Preheat oven to 400

Step 2Add the Chorizo to the skillet.

Step 3Add the onion, Jalapeno pepper and bell pepper to the skillet.

Step 4Add salt and pepper to skillet. Cook mixture 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 5Cook the bacon.

Step 6On a lightly sprayed cookie sheet

Step 7Put the Crescent sheet on the sheet pan. Stretch it a little, be careful not to tear.

Step 8Add some pesto over Crescent sheet, about 2 tablespoon fulls.

Step 9Add the Chorizo mixture on top of Pesto.

Step 10Crumble the bacon and place on top of Chorizo.

Step 11Add the sharp cheddar cheese to top.

Step 12Fold up each short end, and then began roll it into a log staring with long side close to you.

Step 13Cut about 4 slits in top of roll.

Step 14Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until brown.
