Ingredients
- 10 chicken wings patted dry
- 1/4 teaspoon each white pepper and garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon shaoxing wine
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons flour
- oil for frying
- sriracha mayo for serving
How To Make chinese take out chicken wings

Step 1Mix the ingredients for batter together. Add the chicken wings and let marinate at room temp for 2 hours or overnight in fridge. If the batter is too runny add more cornstarch or flour. The wings need to be coated with a thin coating.

Step 2Fry the wings in hot oil of 350 degrees in batches of 5 for 5 minutes. Once all the wings have fried. Fry them again for 3 minutes. Serve with Sriracha Mayo
