We love meatball appetizers when we get together with the in laws. This one sounds great, homemade (not frozen ones), and with a sauce to enjoy! Can't wait to try this one with them!

How To Make chinese meatballs & sauce, barb
-
1Meatballs Mix all well. Make balls, small ones like cocktail size. Saute until cooked. Serve with sauce.
-
2Sauce Cook all but pineapple and pepper until thick, stirring constantly. Pour over meatballs, cover and simmer incredibly slowly 45 min, or bake in 225 degrees same time. Add pineapple and pepper, simmer until heated.
-
3Note: I would try this in a crockpot on low to take to the inlaws, and might consider the pre made meatballs for speed, adding sauce to crockpot.
