Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry red wine
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar, packed
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons red food coloring drops
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 (12 oz) ounces whole pork tenderloin
How To Make chinese barbecued pork

Step 1Preheat Oven To 350 degrees F.

Step 2Combine soy sauce, wine, sugar, honey, food coloring, cinnamon and garlic in a large bowl.

Step 3Add meat to marinade, making sure to coat it well.

Step 4Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour (but overnight is better), turning meat occasionally.

Step 5Place meat on a wire rack over a baking pan along with marinade,

Step 6Roast 45 minutes, turning and basting frequently with marinade.

Step 7Let meat rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
