Chicken Livers Wrapped In Bacon
Everybody loved my choice and I got tons of compliments.
You can serve this as a starter or main course with some potatoes.
Wrapping the liver in bacon will make the liver juicy, not dry as it normally is.
- 8 slice
- bacon, halved
- 1 lb
- chicken livers, halved
- 6 oz
- water chestnuts, whole, canned drained and sliced
- 2 Tbsp
How to Make Chicken Livers Wrapped In Bacon
- 1Lay bacon slices flat.
- 2Place chicken livers and water chestnuts on top, roll up and secure with toothpicks.
Note: Water Chestnuts Optional
- 3Heat oil in wok or frying pan.
- 4Add liver rolls and cook until bacon is browned.
