chicken dip w/big scoop corn chips

A nice lady that I worked with would bring this tasty treat to our work food days! It was so yummy and I couldn't believe how simple it was!

Ingredients

  • 12 1/2 ounces canned chicken breast
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
  • 16 ounces jar of your favorite salsa
  • 1 - 14.25 bag frito scoops

How To Make chicken dip w/big scoop corn chips

  • Step 1
    Open your canned chicken breast and drain the liquid. In a microwaveable bowl or saucepan for the stove. Add the chicken and flake it apart.
  • Step 2
    Then add the whole jar of salsa and bag of cheese. Stir & microwave or cook on stove top medium heat until mixture melts together. Usually about 5 minutes. P.S. CrockPot can be used too!
  • Step 3
    After the cheese has melted serve hot. Serve with Frito Scoops and Enjoy!
