Another one of "my inventions"! The first time I made this was for our "Reception/House Warming". I know you're never to try out a "new" recipe at a party, but I figured, what could go wrong? Everyone loved them, and I got loads of requests for the recipe!

prep time 1 Hr
cook time 40 Min
method Slow Cooker Crock Pot
yield 18-23 serving(s)

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground chicken
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons parsley
  • 2 large egg
  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 bottle teriyaki sauce

How To Make chicken balls in pineapple/teriyaki sauce

  • Step 1
Heat oven to 375. Mix first 6 ingredients, make into balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Bake for 40 min. (time varies for the size of meatballs). Pour can of pineapple and bottle of teriyaki sauce into crock pot. Once meatballs are done transfer them into the crock pot. At this point you can either put it into the fridge for the next day so the flavours "meld" or turn on crock pot to med to heat the "sauce" and serve.
