Ingredients
- 1 pound Gruyere cheese cut into 40 cubes
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/4 pound shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 40 pot sticker wrappers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Thousand Island dressing or ketchup for serving
How To Make cheeseburger packets

Step 1Mix the ground beef with the salt, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire Sauce, and red onion. Roll into 40 balls. Press a square of Gruyere cheese into the middle of each ball of meat.

Step 2Lay the wonton squares out on the counter. Place a small spoonful of the hamburger meat in the middle of each one. Wet the edges and fold the wrap around the meat.

Step 3In batches, steam the packets for 10 minutes. Remove the packets and set aside.

Step 4Finish all the packets, then add the oil to a large pan. Brown the packets on both sides. Serve with 1000 Island dressing or ketchup.
