grape jelly

How to Make Chafing Dish Sweet and Sour Meat Balls

Step-by-Step

  • 1Combine beef, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into small balls.
  • 2In saucepan, combine chili sauce, juice of 1/2 lemon, and grape jelly. Bring to boil.
  • 3Add meat balls. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve in chafing dish with cocktail picks.
