    ground beef
  • 1
  • 1 large
    onion, grated
  • 1
    12 ounce bottle chili sauce
  • 1
    juice of 1/2 lemon
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste
  • 3/4 c
    grape jelly

How to Make Chafing Dish Sweet and Sour Meat Balls


  1. Combine beef, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Shape into small balls.
  2. In saucepan, combine chili sauce, juice of 1/2 lemon, and grape jelly. Bring to boil.
  3. Add meat balls. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve in chafing dish with cocktail picks.
