    ground beef
  • 10
    gingersnaps, crushed
  • 1
    egg, beaten
  • 1
    onion, minced
  • pinch
  • pinch
  • 1 bottle
    chili sauce
  • 1/2 can(s)
    cranberry sauce

How to Make Chafing Dish Meatballs


  1. Mix all the ingredients together. Shape into balls.
  2. Mix chili sauce and cranberry sauce and lemon juice together and spread in the botton of a pan.
  3. Drop meatballs in pan. Bake for 1 hour @350.
