THIS IS A NICE, SIMPLE CANTONESE RECIPE. MAKE IT THE DAY BEFORE YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE THEM. YOU WANT THE WINGS TO MARINATE OVERNIGHT SO THEY GET THE FULL FLAVOUR.

Ingredients
- 35 - whole chicken wings
- 1 cup soya sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons cooking oil
How To Make cantonese chicken wings

Step 1Add all ingredients together (except chicken). Blend mixture well

Step 2Pour sauce over wings in a shallow baking dish. Leave overnight.

Step 3Bake at 325 F for 1 hour.

Step 4Remove wings from sauce and discard sauce.

Step 5Put wing back into oven for 15 minutes to get nice and crispy. Serve
