  Shape 3 lbs. ground round into meatballs about 1 1/4" in diameter. Saute in butter in skillet heated to 350. Transfer to large platter. In skillet, cook 2 pkg. onion soup mix (dehydrated) according to directions on package, but use half of the water recommended.
