- 2 pounds ground chicken
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup franks hot sauce
- 1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup green onions white and dark green parts separated
How To Make buffalo chicken meatballs

Step 1Preheat oven 425 degrees. Spray a baking sheet. Mix the butter, Franks hot sauce, and blue cheese together in a saucepan. Whisk until the butter and cheese has melted. Remove from heat and cool .

Step 2Mix half the sauce with the ground chicken, panko, garlic, eggs, and the lighter green parts of the green onions. Shape into balls and bake for about 20 minutes.

Step 3Drizzle the remaining sauce over the meatballs and garnish with the dark green parts of the green onions.
