Ingredients

  • 20 oz
    canned chunk chicken, drained
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 1 c
    ranch dressing
  • 3/4 c
    louisiana hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat chicken and hot sauce until heated through.
  2. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Add rotel tomatoes. Cook. Stir until well blended and warm.
  3. Mix in half the cheddar cheese and transfer to a slow cooker. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top. Cover and cook on low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with Ritz crackers.
