Ingredients

  • 20 ounces canned chunk chicken, drained
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup louisiana hot sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make buffalo chicken dip

  • Step 1
    Heat chicken and hot sauce until heated through.
  • Step 2
    Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Add rotel tomatoes. Cook. Stir until well blended and warm.
  • Step 3
    Mix in half the cheddar cheese and transfer to a slow cooker. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top. Cover and cook on low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with Ritz crackers.
