canned chunk chicken, drained
16 oz
cream cheese, softened
1 can(s)
rotel tomatoes, drained
1 c
ranch dressing
3/4 c
louisiana hot sauce
1 1/2 c
cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Buffalo Chicken Dip

Step-by-Step

  • 1Heat chicken and hot sauce until heated through.
  • 2Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Add rotel tomatoes. Cook. Stir until well blended and warm.
  • 3Mix in half the cheddar cheese and transfer to a slow cooker. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top. Cover and cook on low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with Ritz crackers.
