Bruchetta Sandwich

These are great little sandwiches to make for a luncheon or those ladies meetings that we love to try new recipes on.

method Broil


  •   1 pkg
    rye or pumpernickle cocktail bread
  •   oz
    olive oil, extra virgin
  •   1 pkg
    garden vegetable cream cheese
  •   1 pkg
    thin beef or turkey slices
    roma tomatoes, sliced thin
    greek seasoning
    feta cheese

How To Make

    Pour olive oil on bread and toast in oven or toaster oven till they start to get brown. Turn over and toast other side.
  • 2
    Once the toasts are ready, spread the cream cheese over them. Add a slice of Beef, Turkey or other meat, a slice of tomato and some feta cheese. You can drizzle Balsamic Vinegar over the top and pop in Broiler again for a short time to warm up.
