Ingredients

  • 4-5 slice
    bread , toasted on one side
  • ·
    softened butter
  • ·
    prepared mustard
  • 1/2 lb
    ground round
  • 1/4 c
    milk
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 Tbsp
    instant minced onion

How to Make BROILED GROUND BEEF TRIANGLES

Step-by-Step

  1. Spread untoasted side of bread with butter and then lightly with mustard. Combine meat, milk, salt, pepper and onions. Spread on top of mustard to the edge of bread. Broil meat side up 5-7 minutes until done. Cut each slice into 4 triangles. Makes 8-10 servings.
