Braunschweiger is Liver Sausage. I've tried others but Oscar Mayer is the best!

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces oscar mayer braunschweiger liver sausage
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 3/4 ounces jar of pimento stuffed olives

How To Make braunschweiger ball

  • Step 1
    Mix braunschweiger with chopped onion until smooth and well mixed. Put on plate and form into a half ball. Refrigerate about an hour. Mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until well combined and spread over ball. Slice olives and press into the cream cheese/mayo. Refrigerate until ready to serve. I serve with Pepperidge Farm Trio Crackers.
