Ingredients
- 16 ounces oscar mayer braunschweiger liver sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 5 3/4 ounces jar of pimento stuffed olives
How To Make braunschweiger ball

Step 1Mix braunschweiger with chopped onion until smooth and well mixed. Put on plate and form into a half ball. Refrigerate about an hour. Mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until well combined and spread over ball. Slice olives and press into the cream cheese/mayo. Refrigerate until ready to serve. I serve with Pepperidge Farm Trio Crackers.
