Braunschweiger is Liver Sausage. I've tried others but Oscar Mayer is the best!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz
    oscar mayer braunschweiger liver sausage
  • 1/2 c
    chopped onion
  • 8 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 5 3/4 oz
    jar of pimento stuffed olives

How to Make Braunschweiger Ball

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix braunschweiger with chopped onion until smooth and well mixed. Put on plate and form into a half ball. Refrigerate about an hour. Mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until well combined and spread over ball. Slice olives and press into the cream cheese/mayo. Refrigerate until ready to serve. I serve with Pepperidge Farm Trio Crackers.
