16 ozoscar mayer braunschweiger liver sausage
1/2 cchopped onion
8 ozcream cheese
5 3/4 ozjar of pimento stuffed olives
How to Make Braunschweiger Ball
- Mix braunschweiger with chopped onion until smooth and well mixed. Put on plate and form into a half ball. Refrigerate about an hour. Mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise until well combined and spread over ball. Slice olives and press into the cream cheese/mayo. Refrigerate until ready to serve. I serve with Pepperidge Farm Trio Crackers.
