Ingredients
- 1 pound hot dogs, cut into bite size pieces
- 3/4 cup bourbon
- 1/2 cup catsup
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated onion
How To Make bourbon dogs

Step 1In saucepan combine bourbon, catsup, brown sugar and onion. Simmer uncovered for 40 minutes to one hour until thick. Meanwhile braise hot dog pieces in frying pan until lightly browned. Add to sauce, Serve in chafing dish.
