Blue Ribbon Recipe
BLT's are delicious and this BLT pizza recipe is a real winner. I liked the mustard mayo mix for the "sauce." It's easy to make and will be a hit at any tailgate, party or pizza night! The Test Kitchen
18 ounce tube refrigerated crescent rolls
1 Tbspprepared mustard
3 cshredded lettuce
12-14 slicebacon, cooked and crumbled
1 mediumtomato, chopped
2-4green onions, sliced
How to Make BLT Pizza
- Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles. Place on a lightly greased 14 inch pizza pan with points toward center. Press dough onto the bottom and up the sides of the pan, forming a crust. Seal perforations. Bake at 375*F for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and mustard. Spread over the crust. Sprinkle lettuce, bacon, tomatoes, onions, and cheese.
