bistro beef bites
I found this recipe from Taste of Home. This is one of my best crowd pleasers. I have also used the same ingredients and just put them into tartlet shells.

Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 16 slices french bread baguette
- 1/4 pound sliced deli roast beef
- 6 tablespoons sour cream
- 8 small grape tomatoes, halves
- 16 sprigs fresh parsley
- dash - salt
- dash - pepper
How To Make bistro beef bites

Step 1In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and horseradish. Spread over bread slices. Top each with beef, sour cream, a tomato half and a parsley sprig. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
