big ole mess foil packets
These are AWESOME foil packets absolutely packed FULL of addicting sweet and spicey goodness. The pic is of one "big ol mess" .. but I like to make individual ones..they are more fun! You'll have everyone huddling near the grill just waiting for their chance to pull one off!

Ingredients
- 1 pound smoke sausage or polish keilbassa
- 3 - jalapeno peppers
- 1 - green bell pepper
- 1 - sweet onion
- 1/4 cup tobasco sauce
- 10 ounces bottled sweet & sour sauce
- - heavy foil
How To Make big ole mess foil packets

Step 1Slice jalapenos and chunk sausage and other vegies into bite sized pieces.

Step 2Divide ingredients evenly into foil packets

Step 3Combine tobasco and sweet & sour sauces. Then add to foil packets with sausage and vegies.

Step 4Seal tightly. Place on grill. Cook 45 min. turning every 15 min. Be very careful when opening the foil packets..they will be steam filled.
