best ever "non-pizza" pizza appetizers
What I love about these is that they're called "pizza" but they have no real relation to pizza. Their flavor is pizza like but better! Better yet, this makes a huge batch and what you don't bake right away, you can freeze (without baking) in plastic bags in the freezer. Take them out when company comes over and heat 'em up!This comes from an old friend from Louisiana, Patty.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 pound hot bulk sausage
- 1 pound velveeta cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 2 - loaves party rye w/seeds
- - sliced green olives or button mushrooms
How To Make best ever "non-pizza" pizza appetizers

Step 1Cook beef and sausage together till done. Drain.

Step 2Add cheese, worcestshire sauce, garlic and oregano. Stir until well mixed.

Step 3Spread on Party Ryes(about a teaspoon full each) and garnish with Olive or Mushroom. Maybe be frozen at this point by putting on cookie sheet in freezer to harden and then into plastic bags/containers for storage.

Step 4Bake at 350 for about 15 mins if not frozen and about 20mins if direct from freezer. They should be hot and slightly browned on top.
