- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 3 - onions, quartered, thinly sliced
- 1/8 teaspoon each salt & pepper
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 1 pound bratwurst sausages
- 1/2 cup favorite beer
How To Make beer-soaked bratwurst

Step 1In lg skillet over med-low, heat oil. Add onions. Saute 10 mins, stirring often. Season w/ salt and pepper. Stir in mustard. Add bratwurst. Cook 10 mins. Stir in beer. Simmer 3-5 mins.

Step 2Serve as is w/ some toothpicks, or serve w/ hoagie rolls.
