Ingredients
- 2 pounds polish sausage or frankfurters, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 cup beer
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

Step 1In skillet combine sausage and beer. Cover; simmer 10 minutes. Combine brown sugar and cornstarch. Stir in vinegar, mustard and horseradish. Add to sausages; cook and stir until bubbly. Turn into fondue pot; place over fondue burner. Serve warm with wooden picks.
