How to Make Beer Meatballs in a Crockpot
- Combine ground beef, 1/2 cup of the onions, bread crumbs, and eggs. Do not over mix. Make this into meatballs. Fry or bake until done.
- In a saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes. Put both sauce and meatballs into crockpot. The sauce should cover the meatballs. Simmer for at least 3 hours. However, the longer you simmer, the better. 7 to 10 hours is best on low. You may want to add more ketchup or v-8 juice. Add 1 jalepeno chopped if you want it hotter.
