Ingredients
- 5 ounces lean ground beef or chuck
- 3 ounces italian sausage
- - italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup black olives, chopped
- 3/4 cup colby cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 36 - wonton wraps
How To Make * beefy sausage stars *

Step 1Crumble ground beef and sausage together; brown in skillet. Add italian seasoning to taste.

Step 2Add red pepper and onion. Saute together, drain and pat dry. Set in bowl aside.

Step 3Add olives grated cheese and ranch to mixture and stir until combined.

Step 4Trim 1/2 inch off one side of wonton wraps. Spray mini-muffin pan in each one.

Step 5Fold wraps to fit in mini-muffin pan and fill each with 1 teaspoon of mixture.

Step 6Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
