I got this recipe from a Nebraska Magazine. They come out so cute and sooo delicious!

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces lean ground beef or chuck
  • 3 ounces italian sausage
  • - italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup red pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, chopped
  • 3/4 cup colby cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 36 - wonton wraps

How To Make * beefy sausage stars *

  • Step 1
    Crumble ground beef and sausage together; brown in skillet. Add italian seasoning to taste.
  • Step 2
    Add red pepper and onion. Saute together, drain and pat dry. Set in bowl aside.
  • Step 3
    Add olives grated cheese and ranch to mixture and stir until combined.
  • Step 4
    Trim 1/2 inch off one side of wonton wraps. Spray mini-muffin pan in each one.
  • Step 5
    Fold wraps to fit in mini-muffin pan and fill each with 1 teaspoon of mixture.
  • Step 6
    Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
