My brother Mark sent me this recipe along time ago from Montana. It takes awhile but it turned out pretty good.

Ingredients
- 5 pounds hamburger or any ground meeat you choose
- 2 1/2 teaspoons coarse ground pepper
- 5 teaspoons quick cure salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 3 teaspoons hickory smoked salt
How To Make beef stick

Step 1mix all ingredients and add to hamburger

Step 2place in a covered dish in the refrigerator for 4 days. remix on the 2nd and 3rd day. 4th day form into 5 1pound loaves.

Step 3place on a cookie sheet and cover with foil.

Step 4bake at 200 degrees for 8 hours. turning every 2 hours
