Makes 4 sticks or logs
Ingredients
- 5 pounds venison or ground beef
- 3 tablespoons mortons tenderquick salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon liquid smoke flavoring
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
How To Make beef stick

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and form into four stick or logs and place in refrigerator uncovered for 24 hours.

Step 2Bake on rack over a sheet cake pan so grease can drip. Bake at 300º for 60 minutes.
