Ingredients

  • 6 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 3 teaspoons grated onion
  • 2 teaspoons horseradish
  • 1 dash worcestershire sauce
  • 4 ounces sliced beef

How To Make beef rolls

  • Step 1
    Combine cream cheese, onion, horseradish and worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
  • Step 2
    Spread mixture on 1 slice of beef at a time.
  • Step 3
    Roll beef up and refrigerate.
  • Step 4
    When thoroughly chilled, the beef rolls may be cut into smaller pieces if desired.
