Method:
Stove Top

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2-2 lb
    hamburger
  • 1/2 medium
    onion, diced
  • 2 clove
    garlic, minced
  • 2 c
    enchilada sauce
  • 2 c
    grated montereyjack or cheddar cheese
  • ·
    sour cream, optional
  • ·
    tortilla chips, optional

How to Make Beef Enchilada Dip

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown hamburger. Drain. Add in onion and garlic, cook about 3 min until tender. Stir in sauce and top with cheese. Cover about 3 more min for cheese to melt. Top with sour cream, serve with tortilla chips.
