  • 32 oz
    cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pkg
    buddig beef lunch meat, diced
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped
  • 4
    strips bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 c
    pecans, finely chopped

How to Make Beef Cheese Ball


  1. Combine all ingredients except pecans and roll into two balls.
  2. Roll the balls in the pecans.
  3. Chill at least 12 hours before serving. Take out at least 45 minutes before serving with crackers.
