BBQ Pulled Pork Cups
2 1/2 lbpork shoulder butt
1 cchicken broth
1 bottlefavorite bbq sauce i used sweet baby rays
3 can(s)grands biscuits
2 cshredded cheddar cheese
How to Make BBQ Pulled Pork Cups
- Place the pork and chicken broth in a slow cooker and cook on high 4 to 6 hours until pork can be shredded.
Shred the pork and add the BBQ sauce.
- Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray two 12 cup muffin tins.
Press one Grands biscuit down and up the sides in each muffin cup.
- Top each with pulled pork and top with cheese.
Bake for about 20 minutes
