Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds pork shoulder butt
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 bottle favorite bbq sauce i used sweet baby rays
- 3 cans grands biscuits
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make bbq pulled pork cups

Step 1Place the pork and chicken broth in a slow cooker and cook on high 4 to 6 hours until pork can be shredded. Shred the pork and add the BBQ sauce.

Step 2Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray two 12 cup muffin tins. Press one Grands biscuit down and up the sides in each muffin cup.

Step 3Top each with pulled pork and top with cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes
