Grandkids loved these. Abby called them pork muffins Great as an appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 pounds pork shoulder butt
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 bottle favorite bbq sauce i used sweet baby rays
  • 3 cans grands biscuits
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make bbq pulled pork cups

  • Step 1
    Place the pork and chicken broth in a slow cooker and cook on high 4 to 6 hours until pork can be shredded. Shred the pork and add the BBQ sauce.
  • Step 2
    Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spray two 12 cup muffin tins. Press one Grands biscuit down and up the sides in each muffin cup.
  • Step 3
    Top each with pulled pork and top with cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes
