Ingredients
- 1 package refridgerated pizza crust
- 6 slices bacon
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons barbecue rub
- 1 cup water chestnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
How To Make barbeque bacon squares

Step 1Preheat oven to 375. Unroll dough onto lightly greased rectangle stone; roll dough to edge of baking stone and set aside.

Step 2Cook bacon in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat until crisp; remove bacon from skillet and drain on paper towels.

Step 3Combine ketchup, sugar, vinegar and barbecue rub in medium bowl; mix well. Spread sauce over crust to with 1/2 inch of edge. Crumble bacon; sprinkle bacon and water chestnuts over sauce. Sprinkle cheese evenly over pizza. Bake 20-22 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Remove from oven; sprinkle with parsley. Cut into squares and serve.
