barbecued pork
I love this recipe. Give me some Chinese hot mustard and sesame seeds and I can eat this whole thing all by myself. lol. It's just like BBQ pork from your local restaurant, but moister. I also like it because it freezes well so I can have some in the freezer for company if I feel like sharing. From Chinese Cooking Class cookbook.

Ingredients
- 2 - whole pork tenderloins
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry red wine
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons red food coloring, optional
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 - green onion, halved
- - green onion curls, garnish
How To Make barbecued pork

Step 1Remove and discard fat from meat.

Step 2Combine soy sauce, wine, sugar, honey, food coloring, cinnamon, garlic and onion in large bowl. Add pork, turning tenderloins to coat completely. Cover and let stand at room temperature 1 hour or refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.

Step 3Drain pork, reserving marinade. Place pork on wire rack over a baking pan.

Step 4Bake in preheated 350ºF oven until done, about 45 minutes. Turn and baste frequently during baking.

Step 5Remove pork from oven. Cool. Cut into diagonal slices.

Step 6Garnish with Green Onion Curls.
