Ingredients
- 4 slices bread crusts removed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg beaten
- salt and pepper
- 1 small onion small dice
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup small can
- 1 soup can of milk
- fresh dill for garnish
How To Make baking powder meatballs

Step 1mix the bread and 1/2 cup milk together. Add the ground beef, egg, onion, garlic, baking powder, salt and pepper. Shape into balls. Brown in a small amount of fat.

Step 2Place the meatballs in a casserole dish. Mix the soup with the milk and pour overtop. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
